Hearing delayed to give prosecutor more time to review documents in Flint water case
FLINT, Mich. --A quick day in court for the Flint water crisis case.
The hearing for Michigan’s top doctor Eden Wells has been delayed to give the special prosecutor on the case Todd Flood time review new documents.
Wells is facing the start of an important court hearing tied to a Legionnaires' disease outbreak during the Flint water crisis.
The hearing will pick up November 21.
