Authorities say two suspects are in custody after the body of a 54-year-old man was found in the snow along a western Michigan roadway.
Authorities identified the man as Steven Carl Day, whose body was found Wednesday in Kent County's Nelson Township.
An autopsy conducted Thursday determined that the death was a homicide. Authorities didn't immediately release information about cause of death.
A motorist who initially spotted Day's body thought it was a dead deer along the road. Names of the suspects weren't immediately released, pending a review by the Kent County prosecutor's office. Investigators are seeking information from the public in the case.
