4 teens charged as adults in Flint shotgun slaying

Authorities in Flint have charged four teenagers with first-degree murder in the shotgun slaying of an 18-year-old. Police say the killing followed an argument at an apartment complex.

Deric Wilson II was shot March 5th in front of Glen Acre Estates. They say Wilson retreated inside a building, then collapsed.

The four male suspects range from 16 to 19 years old and are charged as adults. They're also charged with having concealed weapon and possessing a firearm during a felony.

First-degree murder in Michigan carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole.

The defendants are 19-year-old Antonio Reid, 18-year-old Demetrion Brewer, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old. The 17-year-old was arraigned last week, and the others were arraigned in March.
