A second district, Pontiac, may also not be able to make payroll

A state report says the Pontiac School District might not be able to make payroll soon.

State Superintendent Mike Flanagan sent the report to school officials this week.

The district faces a $37.7 million deficit. Meanwhile, district Superintendent Brian Dougherty says he's resigning effective May 17th.
