The forecast models continue to suggest Arctic-level cold will be invading Michigan -- along with much of the Midwest and Northeast -- this weekend.
The first cold front we're watching will come through tomorrow morning with a few rain showers... Then some spotty snow showers are possible in the afternoon with falling temperatures.
The second front will come through on Saturday morning with January-level cold; highs will struggle to get to 30° in the morning before falling through the 20s over the course of the day.
Some flurries or snow showers are possible on Saturday as well, but accumulations will be limited to a dusting or less in most areas.
A few places -- the eastern Thumb and Ogemaw county -- could see up to an inch of snow.
