The forecast models continue to suggest Arctic-level cold will be invading Michigan -- along with much of the Midwest and Northeast -- this weekend.
The first cold front we're watching will come through tomorrow morning with a few rain showers... Then some spotty snow showers are possible in the afternoon with falling temperatures.
The second front will come through on Saturday morning with January-level cold; highs will struggle to get to 30 in the morning before falling through the 20s over the course of the day.
Some flurries or snow showers are possible on Saturday as well, but accumulations will be limited to a dusting or less in most areas.
A few places -- the eastern Thumb and Ogemaw county -- could see up to an inch of snow.
