LAPEER COUNTY, Mich. --An armed robbery suspect led police and sheriff deputies on a chase that spanned three counties Wednesday morning, according to the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Department.

The chase started in Flint, went into Tuscola County and ended in northern Lapeer County.

Deputies say the suspect drove over spike strips numerous times before his car was disabled.
