Attorney of one of the I-75 rock throwing suspects says he hopes for a fair trial
We spoke to Frank Manley, who’s the attorney for Mark Sekelsky, one of the suspects in the I-75 rock throwing incident.
Manley says his client is extremely remorseful and his family is heartbroken.
He says Sekelsky is a 10th grader at Clio high school.
Manley hopes to have an opportunity to offer Sekelsky a level and fair court case.
He also hopes Monday's press conference, especially showing the suspect’s mug shots, doesn't sway potential jurors.
