Bridge inspection will bring lane closures to I-75 in Flint

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be performing a routine bridge inspection on the CN Railroad Bridge that runs over I-75.

This bridge is just south of the I-75 and I-69 interchanges in Flint.

There will be lane closures as a result of the inspection on Sunday, May 5.

The work will start at 6:30am and is expected to end by 11 am on the same day.

MDOT says southbound I-75 will have just one lane open until around 8:30 in the morning.

Crews will then move to the northbound side. Southbound will have all lanes open and northbound will be reduced to one lane.
