A car rammed into a Buena Vista elementary school last night around 11.
Police tell NBC25 that the driver lost control of the vehicle, then crashed it into the Brunkow Elementary School.
The car crashed into a classroom and left a gaping hole in the wall of the school.
When rescue crews arrived, the driver was nowhere to be found. A passenger, however, was still in the vehicle at the scene.
Police say the driver could have had a medical condition or there may have been a malfunction with the car.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
