The chance of showers only panned out for our northern counties today, but that chance of rain has been extended into tomorrow.
Most of our forecast models (see images 1 & 2) hint at some light rain over at least a portion of Mid-Michigan, mainly before 2pm.
An upper level disturbance will rotate around the southern periphery of a trough of low pressure centered to our north (image 3).
This disturbance will at the very least bring cloudier, cooler weather along with that chance of showers.
The sunshine will return just in time for the 4th of July.
