Prosecutors in the water crisis case filed a motion to dismiss charges against Mike Glasgow for his role in actively cooperating with the investigation.

Glasgow, a former Flint utility administrator, stood before Judge Manley on Thursday, May 4, 2017.

Judge Manley signed the order to dismiss charges against Glasgow.

In 2016, the prosecution dropped charges against Glasgow's for tampering with evidence.
