Crime Files: Flint Police look to solve 2012 homicide

Each week, Flint Police join the NBC25 Today team to highlight an unsolved crime and ask community members for tips.

This week, Flint Police are asking for your help in finding the persons responsible for the shooting of Adrian Key on Friday, September 13, 2012.

Police were called to 773 East Philadelphia for a shooting.

When officers arrived they found a man later identified as Adrian Ray Key Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was transported the Hurley Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later.

Flint Police say it appears two unknown black males attempted a home invasion and Key was shot during a scuffle with one of the suspects.
