- 1 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana
- 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or 1/4 cup canned coconut milk and 1/4 cup water)
