FLINT, Mich. - Changes in Flint's city council as five new members of council were sworn in.

They presided over their first council meeting Monday.

Santino Guerra, Maurice Davis, Jerri-Winfrey Carter, Allan Griggs and Eve Worthing were all voted into officer last week.

We talked to Guerra who says it's good to know all of his hard work during the campaign paid off.

"I’ve been knocking on doors since January, we have got a lot of momentum that has been building up and up and we got there on November 7th and now we are here and it’s time to get to work and I’m looking forward to serving the people,” Guerra said.

Among the first items on the council's agenda is to decide the future of Flint's water source.
