Flint's Downtown Development Authority is looking to sell parking lots in exchange for a little elbow room.
The group hopes to sell them to the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation with the hopes of moving to another office.
The lots are south of Genesee Towers and hold about sixty spots.
It's all part of a plan to raze Genesee Towers.
"It's really not the best situation for promoting the DDA and holding out meetings and stuff like that so we need a larger space," Flint DDA member Gerard Burnash said.
Tearing down Genesee Towers is part of a plan to construct an urban plaza on the site.
