What seemed to start as yelling among three women, ended when one of the woman ran over the other two with a vehicle.
It all happened on the 4700 block of Canterbury Lane near Clio Road.
Witnesses say that three women, in their late teens or early 20s, appeared to be arguing loudly and causing a scene.
Flint Police Chief James Tolbert said that one of the women involved in the argument got into a vehicle. The woman then drove the vehicle over the curb and struck the other two women.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. One victim is in critical condition, the other victim's injuries were described as less severe.
Police have a suspect in custody.
