Cops and Robbers, Miami Vice Sunday (Cops and Robbers Ice Cream and Gifts)

FLUSHING, Mich. - If you’re looking for a fun way to help a good cause this weekend, why not have a little ice cream at 1:00 a.m.?

Starting at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Cops and Robbers Ice Cream and Gifts will host a Scoop-a-thon, lasting 24 hours. The goal of the event is to benefit the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. All tips collected and proceeds will be donated to the foundation.

Then, starting at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, the shop will be serving breakfast.

The Scoop-a-thon is being co-hosted by Kettering University’s Sigma Chi. The ice cream shop is partnering with them as part of Derby Days, a week long fundraiser. The Huntsman Cancer Foundation has been selected by Sigma Chi, on a national level, as their primary philanthropic cause.
