A retired nurse said in a Flint courtroom..."He's a monster and can't be allowed to do this over and over again".

She's talking about licensed hypnotherapist John Tomlinson, who has a practice in Grand Blanc.

He faces 4 counts of criminal sexual conduct in the 2nd degree, after 3 women complained of sexual abuse. They also accused him of masterbating.

One of them is a former radio personality, who explained where he put his hand:

"... under my bra cupping my breast, I was shocked and scared, the heavy breathing kept going on," she said.

After she told a colleague at the radio station, it pulled him as an advertiser.

A retired nurse also came forward after seeing news reports about Tomlinson.

She says she went in to be hypnotized for weight loss.

But at one point, she claims Tomlinson put his hands on her breasts and upper thighs.

"he started on my foot massaging it and then went up my pant leg and kept going further and further and further... I became panicky."

Tomlinson's high profile attorney Mike Manley says a lot of people are coming forward right now across the country and they need to be tried on a case by case basis. There's also a question over the victims being under hypnosis at the time.

Mike Manley asks"are these fantasies or are these realities, is this something they were visualizing? I don't know."

The prosecution pressed for an additional charge of criminal sexual conduct and Judge Nathaniel Perry agreed.

In the end the prosecution got everything it wanted and then some as this case is bound over to circuit court and Judge Judith Fullerton.

In the meantime, Tomlinson is still allowed to practice hypnotherapy.
