Groundbreaking on a Bay County regional water plant

Thursday in Bangor Township.

$60-million new water treatment plant.
County, three cities and ten townships are involved.
fficials say residents will be getting better quality water from a new source.

Bay. We're constructing a new water membrane filtration plant that will provide good quality water to this community for forty-years and beyond," said Tom Paige, Director of the Bay County Department of Water and Sewer.
Brothers will begin construction with in the next 30-days and say it should be completed in the summer of 2015.
