Gale warnings have been issued for the coast of Lake Huron and Saginaw Bay with winds expected to hit 47 knots or 54 mph.
On land, wind speeds from overnight through Saturday will increase to the mid 20 mph range with gusts fluctuating between 35 and 45 mph.
Isolated overnight showers increase to scattered through the day Saturday adding a bit of a stinging discomfort to the strong winds.
The good news is behind this system the winds calm, the sun comes out a bit more, and we warm during the day to the 50's.
Showers return by Wednesday and Halloween looks to be a bit dreary as well with temps for trick-or-treating around the mid to upper 40's.
Hold on to your hats tomorrow, PLEASE DO NOT go out on the Saginaw Bay or ANY of the Great Lakes, and keep both hands on the stearing wheel.
