Home Depot volunteers to help fix up a VFW hall in Burton

More than 100 Home Depot workers rolled up their sleeves and got to work at the VFW facility on Belsay Road in Burton.

The clean-up included landscaping, painting, pressure washing and other repairs to the building.

"All these people volunteered their time to come out here today. We have help these veterans and help this great facility." said Don Mandeville, District Manager of The Home Depot.

The cleanup is part of a company-wide effort by Home Depot to help military families this spring.
