Isabella County runaway teens found in Chicago

Two teens that have been missing since August 26th have been found, according to the Isabella County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office says that Braxton Wood, age 14, and Jayden Thomas, age 13, were taken into custody this morning in Chicago after a citizen called in a tip.

The Chicago Police Department picked them up on the 3900 block of Broadway in the City of Chicago. The citizen who called in the tip was someone who was following the case. The citizen spotted the stolen 2005 Ford Explorer that the pair were believed to have been driving.

The parents of the teens are on their way to Chicago now to pick up the runway teens.

Wood and Thomas are scheduled in probate court Monday morning at 11.
