Jeffrey Julian to enter insanity plea in Lynn Spicer homicide case

Craig Julian was found guilty for murdering Lynn Spicer.

Jeffrey Julian TMs attorney says the suspect was insane when he strangled his girlfriend, Lynn Spicier, to death.

Attorney Ed Czuprynski tells NBC25 they plan on entering an insanity plea in the case.

Last Monday, a jury found Jeff TMs brother, 19-year-old Craig Julian, guilty for First Degree Premeditated Murder and Removing a Body.

Police believe the brothers killed Spicer then buried her body in a shallow grave in a vacant Bay County lot.

Jeff Julian TMs trial has not yet begun.
