Kenyan runner Julius Kogo has won the Crim 10-mile race in Flint for the fifth straight year.
Kogo's unofficial time for Saturday's race was 46:35.
Kogo says it was "very hard to run because so many people are coming to beat me." But, he added, "I trained for that to make me better."
The win earned Kogo $5,000.
Aliphine Tuliamuk-Bolton of Kenya, who won last year, was the first woman to finish. Her unofficial time was 54:26.
Spring Arbor resident Nathan Martin was Michigan's best male finisher at 49:02.
Crim organizers expected more than 15,000 participants for Crim's various races. It's the 38th year for the event.
