Central Michigan University police have caught a person that they say committed acts of violence, including a sexual assault, in campus housing Sunday morning.
John Daniel Rubio was arraigned this morning on five counts, including home invasion, criminal sexual conduct with intent of sexual penetration, and two counts of assault and battery.
The suspect, say police, entered an unlocked residence in Merrill Hall on the CMU campus.
Police said that the subject then committed acts of sexual assault and other violence in the room.
Rubio is out on bond at this time.
Victims in the dorm room did not sustain injuries, according to officials.
