An Alpena man is facing charges of bestiality and sodomy after an investigation by the Michigan State Police, according to WPBN.
A 68-year-old man was arrested, with officials saying the suspect had sexually assaulted the family dog at least twice.
Currently, the suspect is free on bond. Once suspect is arraigned, the name will be released.
Arraignment is scheduled for June 11. If convicted, the suspect faces up to 15 years in prison and could be placed on the Sex Offender Registry.
