DENMARK TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- On Thursday, Sept. 21 police were called to investigate an aggravated stalking complaint that happened in Denmark Township. The incident led to the arrest of 38-year-old Robert Proctor of the Reese area.

According to the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office, Proctor had a court appearance on Friday in Probate Court.
