Two men were arrested in Saginaw today for violating their parole. One of the men had just been released from prison that same day.
The Michigan Department of Corrections (MDC) had set up the residence of the two men, age 28 and 23, with electronic tethers.
Personnel from the MDC drove by the residence and observed what appeared to be a large party.
Police surveillance was then set up and it appeared that alcohol was being served at the party, which is a violation of the men's parole.
Officials then located the men at the party and found that they had been drinking. They were then taken back into custody.
