McLaren raises money for 'Hospitality House' with help from Terry Crews

An event in Flint goes Hollywood.

It's all in an effort to help patients battling cancer.

McLaren hospital hosted 'cruise for a cause' Saturday night.

There to support the event was Flint native, actor, and former NFL player, Terry Crews.

The funds raised throughout the night will support the new McLaren Hospitality House that provides care to cancer patients and their families.

Crews spoke from personal experience.

"The fact that my mom is a cancer survivor herself we're really close to finding a cure."

Also attending the event was special guest, Ted Lange who starred on the Love Boat series.
