Midland Sheriff is looking for a missing man

Robert Cornelius -- who police say has been missing since Tuesday.


Robert Cornelius has been found according to just released information from the Midland County Sheriff.

He was located in a Gross Pointe parking lot this morning. The Gross Pointe Park Police found him in good condition.

Family members are expected to pick him up from the Gross Pointe Park Police department today.

The Midland County Sheriff is searching for a missing 79-year-old man at this hour.

Robert Cornelius has dementia, the sheriff's office reports.

He is described as 5' 11", 180 to 200 pounds, gray flat-top hair, green eyes and fair skin.

When Cornelius was last seen, he was wearing reading glasses, a long blue plaid flannel coat, a brown flannel shirt, khaki dress pants, tan slip-on shoes, and a baseball hat.

He left his home driving a 2006 black Ford F-150 pickup truck.

Cornelius was last seen at an insurance agency on Columbus Street in Bay City on March 26 at about 10 am.
