More Rain, Less Heat

Rain is likely tomorrow, but our rain chances diminish through the weekend. In fact, we're thinking Sunday will be dry.

As a cold front drops through the area on Friday, showers and thunderstorms will re-develop.

Some storms could produce locally heavy rainfall, but are not expected to become severe.

In general, most areas will see somewhere in the neighborhood of a half-inch of additional rainfall.

Behind this cold front, drier air will continue to filter into the region for Friday night and Saturday.

Even though we'll have some peaks of sun on Saturday with this drier air, spot showers are still possible as an upper level low sits just to our east.
