      NBC 25 Reps With Ryan - Time To Get Fit!

      We debuted our newest morning fitness segment today. Reps with Ryan, owner of the Saginaw Athletic Club, will feature quick, time saving work out routines for those of us on the go in the morning, but still want to get that quick morning work out in.

      Today's routine:

      1/4 sit up, crunches, side hip thrusts, sky divers with twist, straight let crunches, hip thrust, toe touches, l-overs, and v-sit ups.
