Federal investigators have completed the on-scene probe of a plane crash that killed the 19-year-old Michigan pilot and three members of his family.
National Transportation Safety Board spokesman Terry Williams says the agency will review videotape of Friday's crash at Oakland County International Airport in Waterford Township, northwest of Detroit.
Troy Brothers, his stepfather James Haley and brother-in-law Jamie Jose died when the single-engine Cessna 172 crashed at the airport just after takeoff. Brothers' mother Sandra Haley later died at a hospital.
Williams says investigators also will review Brothers' radio transmission to the control tower that indicated the plane may have been too heavy.
Brothers received his pilot's license about a month ago. He was to be inducted Thursday into the U.S. Naval Academy.
