Preliminary hearings for Croft, Ambrose and Earley postponed until February
FLINT, Mich. - Three people facing charges in connection to the Flint water crisis were in court Monday.
The preliminary hearings for former emergency managers Gerald Ambrose and Darnell Earley along with former public works director Howard Croft were set to begin Monday, but have been postponed.
The delay comes after former utilities director Daugherty Johnson took a plea deal last week.
The hearings have been rescheduled to February 5.
