While convention medical wisdom is that just about everyone should get a flu shot, Dr. Kehres says not so fast. He says if you feel like you're coming down with the flu, you should:

1.Use probiotic tablets

2.Use apple cider vinegar

3.Take Vitamin D-3

4. Drink his special veggie smoothie.

5. Get extra sleep

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 1 - 2 cups of mixed greens (spinach, romaine lettuce, etc.)

  • 3/4 cup water
