Saginaw house fire bombed, multiple burn victims, one man shot

The Saginaw Police and Fire Departments responded to a shooting and fire bombing on the 2800 block of Capehart Drive at around 2 am.

Officials say two women and one man were inside, but they managed to escape. They all suffered second and third degree burns.

Detective Sgt. Reggie Williams says one of the victims also suffered a gunshot wound.

All of the victims were transported to a local hospital. None are in critical condition, authorities say.

A neighbor who heard the gunshots tells us she she dropped to the floor then called 911.

Fire Marshall Ralph Martin says based on his investigation, he believes someone intentionally set the house on fire while the people were inside.

He also says there were bullet holes found on the front part of the home as well as the neighbors' home.

Detective Sgt. Williams said that there are leads in the case that may lead to the arrest of multiple suspects.

The identities of the victims will not be released by police.
