Saginaw has decided that its students won't be the only ones receiving grades this year.
The Saginaw school board is putting together an evaluation of Superintendent Carlton Jenkins.
Their review will use a new evaluation plan which includes graduation rate, graduation based on ethnicity, and testing scores.
Superintendent Jenkins spoke with NBC 25 and said he is looking forward to the boards evaluation.
"I'm excited about having this opportunity to have my evaluation because it gives the board an opportunity to look critically at some of the things that we were really focused on in terms of our district goals and how we increase academic achievement" said Dr. Jenkins.
Since 2007 all areas have seen positive increases including graduation rates which rose nearly 7-percent since 2011.
