Police identify victim of deadly MTA bus station shooting
FLINT, Mich. -- ***UPDATE***
Police have identified 31-year-old Clevis Bassett as the victim killed in the shooting that took place that the MTA bus station on Friday night.
Police say Bassett had multiple gunshot wounds and died of his injuries.
Additionally, police say the suspect is a black male in his twenties.
UPDATE: An arrest has been made in this case. The name of the person arrested has not been released.
UPDATE: Police have confirmed the 30-year-old victim of the shooting has died. Their identity has not yet been released.
FLINT, Mich. - A shooting at the MTA bus station on Harrison Street has critically injured at least one person.
It happened just before 9 p.m. Friday inside the terminal.
No word yet on whether a suspect is in custody.
The terminal was closed while police conducted their investigation throughout the night.
Busses were picking up and dropping off passengers at the YMCA.
