      Significant weather advisory for Genesee, Saginaw, Tuscola, Lapeer, and Shiawassee counties

      This line of storms will impact much of the I-75 corridor for the PM commute.

      A line of storms stretching from near Saginaw to Flushing is capable of producing brief, heavy downpours and winds in excess of 30mph along with frequent lightning.

      A strong storm near Perry is capable of producing pea size hail and wind gusts of 40mph or higher as it moves northeast at 50mph.

      Strong storms capable of producing pea size hail and wind gusts in excess of 40mph are approaching places like Auburn, Munger, and Essexville.

      In particular, there is a strong storm near Coleman as of this writing that is capable of producing 40mph wind gusts and brief, heavy downpours.
