P olice believe a man already behind bars accused of murder is also responsible for two other killings.
Authorities say say 21-year-old Stanley Smith went on a four month shooting spree that killed three people.
H e sits in the Genesee County jail now charged with the deaths of 15-year-old Porsche Turner and 27-year-old Martarien Wilson.
P olice say robbery was the motive.
A 21 year old Flint man has been charged in connection to several shooting crimes.
Prosecutor David Leyton reports that Stanley L. Smith Junior has been charged with one count of open murder in the death of 26 year old Quantrell Jamerson. Jamerson was shot on North Stevenson Street on August 5, 2010. He died several days later.
Smith has also been given an intent to murder charge. This stems from the shooting of 32 year old Marcus Fowlkes. Fowlkes was shot on August 27, 2010 on Wolcott Street. He suffered critical injuries, but survived.
Smith was also given a couple felony firearm charges, and an armed robbery charge.
According to NBC25 records, Police considered Smith a person of interest in the double homicide of 27 year old Martarien Wilson and 15 year old Porsche Turner. The prosecutor says he has no information on this case, but that Smith has not been charged in connection to these murders.
