The State of Emergency in Shaiwassee County has expired.

According to Shiawassee County Emergency Management & Homeland Security, warm temperatures over the weekend have made county roads more manageable.

County officials tell NBC25 all previously impassable secondary and dirt roads are now open for travel.

Officials say there is still debris and possibly power lines down along road shoulders.

Drivers need to be cautious and careful as they travel throughout the county.

If you are still without power, don't worry, warming centers will remain open. And if you are a resident in need of any additional informational about assistance you are asked to call 2-1-1.
