A stunt man dies at the Selfridge Air Show Sunday.
Sunday, Wing Walker Todd Green was jumping from an open cockpit to a helicopter at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Harrison Township, when something went terribly wrong.
Green fell 200 feet, and hit the ground about 1,500 feet away from the crowd line.
He was taken to Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center, bud did not survive the injuries.
According to the Associated Press, the FAA says they can't release the details surrounding Green's death. However, they are reporting that Green was an experienced stunt man.
