What could be better than to celebrate dad while watching some high-flying stunts?
50 remote control planes took flight in Lennon Sunday attracting hundreds of people on Father's Day.
The event is a 30-year tradition that started at Buell Lake.
This is the 7th year the Flint Aero Club has organized the event at Baker Field in Lennon.
"This hobby you can start out small and graduate into bigger sized planes and helicopters we do it all. It's nice because as your kids get older you can move up in the hobby so its really nice," said Flint Aero Club president, Scott Hundley.
