Sunshine and high pressure leads to another above normal week

The low pressure system we had been getting rained on by is now far out east, Atlantic Ocean east.
The same system actually hit New Jersey with strong storms yesterday.
High pressure now slides in for today and the rest of the week with sunshine abundant through Saturday.
Today, we have plenty of sun and a few light clouds later in the day.
Tonight will be cool, mid to upper 30's in the northern counties and near 42 in our southern counties.
The next 7 days are very basic with plenty of sun under the high pressure ridge.
Sunday has a chance for scattered showers that may need to push ahead a bit to the overnight hours between Saturday and Sunday, but for now models are in agreement with Sunday.
