Kimberly Roddy from the Flint Children's Museum stopped by the set of NBC25 Today with a way for kids to have messy, washable, educational fun outdoors.
This artwork really pops, and it is very simple to do.
First you take an empty film canister, put a small amount of washable paint in, a little water as well, then drop half a tablet of alka seltzer in.
Close the lid, set the canister with the lid down on a piece of paper and step back!
Use only washable and non-toxic paint, always wear safety glasses and never stand over a pressurized container.
