Train derails in Saginaw

Officials in Saginaw are trying to figure out what caused a train car derailment early Saturday morning.

It happened on North Washington Avenue near Potter Street in Saginaw. Two train cars rolled onto their sides and blocked the street around 4 o'clock Saturday morning.

Those train cars were hauling coal. At least five rail cars were off the track.

Just last month, five train cars, hauling grain, also derailed in Saginaw.
