Tuscola County Sheriff’s searching for breaking and entering suspects
KOYLTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Tuscola County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a breaking and entering report Saturday, June 17.
Sheriff’s say around 11:32 a.m. they were called to Koylette Road in Koylton Twp for a breaking and entering that had occurred. Sheriff’s say the caller said when he returned home he found a car in his driveway backed up to the house. According to the Sheriff’s, a man ran out of the caller's house, got into the car, and fled southbound on Koylette Road with a female driving.
Officers say the car was described as an older cream-colored Chevrolet Malibu. The victims followed the Malibu and tried to get the car stopped, according to the Sheriffs. Sheriff’s say the Malibu lost control on Koylette Road and went into the ditch. Several car parts were left in the ditch before the suspect drove through a field and fled the scene. According to the Sheriff’s, the suspect left behind the Malibu’s license plate.
Officers say the female suspect is described as a white female 40 to 50 years old. She has long straight black hair and had a petit build. The man was described as a white male a brown hair, brown eyes, 30 to 40 years old and clean shaven. He is estimated to be 200 to 210 pounds, around 5 feet 10 inches tall.
