Two men were convicted by two separate juries for shooting into a house in Flint back in September of 2012.

The home was occupied at the time, by nine people.

The juries deliberated for five days.

Kenneth Montgomery Jr., who is 25-years-old, was found guilty on five felonies, ranging from being a felon in possession of a firearm to assault with intent to murder.

Quadrell Montgomery, age 26, was found guilty of assault with intent to commit greatly bodily harm, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and felony firearm.

Quadrell faces up to 22-years in prison. Kenneth faces life in prison.

â??Miraculously, no one was killed or injured; this easily could have been a mass execution, â?? said Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton.
