Flint Township, Mich-- According to Reconnect My Life owner and clinical therapist, Shuntai Walker, it's time to get "smart" about your New Year's Resolution.

SMART is an acronym for SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVABLE, REALISTIC and TIMELINE. Each step has questions to go along with it that will help people reach their goals.

Clinical therapists, Sherell Wilson and Deirdra Scott say there are other options to keep on track including creating vision boards and identifying your true desires.
