Local woman loses 100 pounds, inspires others to stick with New Year's Resolutions
SWARTZ CREEK, Mich., - Three years ago Kim Putney made the decision to change her life.
She joined Weight Watchers and started working out. Putney says her inspiration is her teenage daughters.
"I want to be a good role model. They both workout and it makes me proud," said Putney.
She now works out at Polysthenics in Swartz Creek and says the owner always changes up the circuits and keeps it interesting.
Along with a good gym, Kim says it's important to have a good support system and a clean diet if you want to see results.
Whether is losing weight or another goal, Putney says find your motivation.
